Summary
In June 2026, NextDC purchased 169 hectares at Lovely Banks, north-west of Geelong, for $165 million. The land includes 155 Robbs Road, 675 Evans Road, and 775 Evans Road, and was sold off-market through Colliers. The Lovely Banks site was pitched to investors in 2022 as Geelong Rise, allowing for up to 2,105 residential lots subject to council approval.[1]
